The Active AquaJogger is a great belt at a great price. The Active Belt is designed to hold the body vertically in the water at shoulder level. The belt has a specially designed arch to engage core muscles. This allows you to complete an effective low impact workout while breathing as normally as you would out of the water. Belt has a non-elastic web belt and does not include video.

To accommodate different body shapes, belt can be worn upside down or with the foam in front of the body.
