ActiveWrap's patented design delivers specific relief to pin-point areas of the elbow. ActiveWrap's uniquely formulated non-migrating therapy packs always stay soft and flexible when cold so they mold comfortably in place. It stays soft, and is also microwave and freezer safe. You can also use the ActiveWrap as a compression wrap (that is, without the thermal inserts) to increase circulation and warmth for hours of natural heat retention.

Cold Therapy: the manufacturer recommends that using the gel packs for 15 minutes at a time. Sensitive patients may choose to place a paper towel or piece of fabric between the skin and the pouch.

Heat Therapy: Since microwave heating times and power vary considerably, care should be taken when heating the product in a microwave (heat in 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached). Please not the that a hot pack does not need to be extremely hot in order to be effective.
