The ActiveWrap Shoulder Ice/Heat Wrap is designed for adjustability and full freedom of movement. The unique rotator cuff design applies the cold to where you need it most. This is a must have for rotator cuff injuries and any shoulder dependent or throwing athlete! This amazing wrap delivers lightweight, conforming hot or cold therapy to all areas of the shoulder. Every wrap contains two pockets that hold our uniquely formulated heat and ice packs. This item is both washable and latex free.

This item can be used for: rotator cuff injury/rotator cuff tear, shoulder tendinitis/bursitis, post-operative pain and swelling, adhesive capsulitis/frozen shoulder, shoulder rehabilitation, and for throwing athletes after events and training.

Sizing: for best results, measure around the chest and see additional notes:

• Sm/Med: for a chest size under 40 and small or slender framed individuals.
• Lg/Xl: for chests over 40"-56", or arms over 16". Also best for thicker/muscular individuals.
