    is this item washable? can it be kept in freezer? can it be microwaved?

    The directions will be included. It can be kept in the freezer (keep it in the bag) and can be microwaved (do not microwave in bag). Follow the microwave directions closely. I believe the outside material can be cleaned but not with the gel inside.
