The Dual-Pull Stabilizer is intended to provide pain relief, support and stabilization to anyone experiencing patellofemoral maltracking, patellofemoral syndrome (PFPS), runner's knee, weak, sprained or strained knees. Designed with two patella buttresses that may be removed allowing for an adjustable fit depending on the user's needs. The brace also features medial/lateral removable stays. Two straps located at the top and bottom of the brace allow for adjustable compression and all day comfort. The brace is lightweight and breathable. Great for everyday activities, work and sports.
