As per the manufacturer: 600-700 watt microwaves (40-45 seconds per side), 1100 watt microwaves 30 seconds per side). All microwaves vary in heating and may have hot spots. Be cautious when heating. Do not overheat or it will ruin the gel. After heating, wait one minute before applying to body. If it is not warm enough, heat in 15 second increments and rotate product each time. This product can be left in the freezer for as long as you want to but suggested minimum is 2 hours. Always store the product in the bag in the freezer. Do not get this product wet. If it does become damp then lie it flat and fully air dry. Do not use wet towels under the gel.
