Is this a fairly heavy-weight neoprene, or is it relatively thin? I have an old Trufit that is of a thicker, more durable fabric, and I'm looking for something to replace it (it's at least 20 years old!), but Trufit doesn't seem to carry the open knee, no-stays, unhinged brace anymore.

Does this come in a larger size. My knee measures 23 inches but I wonder if I should get one larger than that.

I am sorry but that particular brace does not come larger. The Thermoskin Open Knee Brace does come in larger sizes.
