To return an item, please send it to the address below, making sure to include your order number on the outside of the package:

There's no need to call ahead to return your order. However, please note that certain items are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for items returned that are on the excluded list below.

Returns Policy:

• Condition: Returns must be in NEW condition and include all original packaging, inserts, and instruction manuals.



• Sealed Items: For customer safety, items with broken seals cannot be returned or exchanged.



• Used Items: Items that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise compromised are not refundable.



• Refunds: Returned items will be refunded the item cost minus our shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Consider purchasing insurance and including tracking for your return.

Non-Returnable Items (for safety reasons):

• Topical analgesics (to prevent contamination and tampering)



• Used or worn braces or supports



• Used or worn cast covers



• Crutches



• Opened mouth guards



• Elasto-Gel products
