The Nonagon Roller is designed to be leaned on instead of the using the wrists or arms as support. When used, the roller helps to relieve pain in the IT band, knee, Achilles, plantar fascia, shin, hips, shoulders, and more!

Featuring a 9-sided, textured EVA material that provides a deep fascia massage to muscles. Solid foam core provides support and stabilization. The unique outer pattern helps to knead muscles and mimic a therapist's massage; nodules allow for a massage without the need to apply a lot of pressure.
