The Markwort RBI Pro Swing should be positioned near the center of the bat. The Pro Swinger is filled with small steel pellets that move as you swing. Pro Swingers are available in 9oz, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz weights to suite each player's needs. The RBI Pro Swinger is intended to improve swing direction, hand agility, bat positioning and muscle memory. As the bat is swung the steel pellets move through the Pro Swing chamber allowing the batter to not only feel, but also hear the impact of their swing!
