Shipping Options

Ithaca Sports strives to ship all orders within 24 hours. However, delivery times may vary based on mail volume and destination.

Only Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping options are guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to address inaccuracies.

Standard Shipping Times

• ECONOMY – 5-7 business days
• EXPEDITED – 3-6 business days
• 3RD DAY – 3 business days *
• 2ND DAY – 2 business days *
• NEXT DAY – 1 business day *

* Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Eastern for same-day processing. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Eastern will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Next Day and 2nd Day orders will arrive on Saturday or Sunday. Next Day orders placed before 3 p.m. on Friday will arrive on Monday; orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Saturday delivery options are available for an additional fee. Please call 1800-716-9382 for rates.

Holidays, even if on a weekday, are not considered business days and do not count towards shipping times.

Exceptions to Standard Shipping Times

• APO/FPO – There is no additional fee for APO or FPO addresses. However, shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to Economy and Expedited options. Please call 1800-716-9382 to place an Expedited order to an APO/FPO address. Due to federal regulations, aerosol cans cannot be shipped to APOs or FPOs and will be automatically removed from orders.



• AEROSOL CANS – Due to FAA regulations, these items cannot be shipped via air and must be shipped via ground transportation. Economy shipping for these items can take up to 12 business days. Upgraded shipping options will be sent via FedEx Ground and will arrive in 2-6 business days.



• PO BOXES/RURAL ADDRESSES – Orders may be shipped via USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Please indicate in the Comments section if the provided address is invalid for one of these carriers and provide an alternate address if applicable.



• BACKORDERS – In the rare event that an item is on backorder or unavailable, customers will be contacted immediately.



• SHIPPING REFUNDS – Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded due to weather delays or address issues.
