I'm looking for an insole specifically for plantar fascists. I was leaning towards the "heavy duty" insole but, it says nothing about relieving plantar fascists, where the "regular gel" insoles do list that they relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis. Help please?

The heavy duty would also work for plantar issues. They are very popular for this diagnosis.
