Is there separate wraps for right and left feet?

The cold pack can be used for either foot. It is unilateral. We really enjoy this particular product because the gel gets cold but does not feel uncomfortable to use.

No the whole wrap is gel. There are no packs to remove at all. It is a high end very comfortable gel. It can be heated or cooled. Just make sure you follow the directions and do not overheat.
