Dr. Jill's Metatarsal Dancer Pads are intended to redistribute pressure and weight away from the toe joints. The gel pads may also be used to prevent calluses, fat pad atrophy, hallux limitus, hallus valgus and metatarsalgia. The pads have an easy-to-use self-stick application, are re-usable and washable. These gel pads may be worn in any type of footwear to relieve stress, pressure and pain at the ball of the foot, specifically near the big toe.
